This text was originally written as a quick practical guide (in an email) for a nice curator from Portugal for whom this was the first time to ever see Gabor Body videos and to even hear about them ...
So this is no way a complete or "official" introduction - but what worked once could work for others too ... if someone wants to get some minimal info at a glance ... before pushing the PLAY button on the DVD :)
